The implementation of activities and the provision of services to clients/users under the Quality Management System reference framework and in compliance with the Social Doctrine of the Church;

The efficiency of the Quality Management System lies in the development of each worker’s knowledge, skills and potential as well as those of each supplier and volunteer, thus optimizing the social work;
Given that every worker aims to provide high quality services in line with the clients’/users’ characteristics and needs, the regular assessment of their satisfaction is an essential tool not only in terms of institutional progress but also for the community’s social balance and well-being;
The CCPC guarantees the compliance with current legislation regarding its activities and requirements, and the confidentiality, respect and commitment to its clients/users;
The board is responsible for monitoring the Quality Management System in order to ensure continuous improvement.
